Welcome to EnergyCareer.link. By accessing or using our recruitment platform for energy sector careers, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and EnergyCareer. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

EnergyCareer offers recruitment services connecting job seekers and employers in the energy sector. Our services include candidate sourcing, resume review, interview scheduling, and career coaching sessions.

3. Information Products

We offer digital materials such as e-guides, webinars, tutorials, and training modules designed to enhance career development in the energy industry.

4. Goods

Physical and digital goods, including printed guides, branded merchandise, and career planning workbooks, are available for purchase.

5. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, and refrain from unauthorized use of our materials.

6. Fees and Payments

All fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment must be made via the available methods at the time of purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

Requests for service cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before a scheduled session. If you cancel within this period, a full refund will be issued. You may also choose to reschedule the session once without incurring additional fees.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

7.2 Information Products

Digital content is available for review within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, please use our inquiry form. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7.3 Goods

Returns of physical goods are accepted within 15 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. Once received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be issued within 14 business days.

7.4 Non Refundable Services

Certain premium packages and personalized coaching services are marked as non refundable at the time of purchase. This policy ensures resource commitment and scheduling reliability for both clients and partners.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials provided on EnergyCareer.link are the property of EnergyCareer or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

EnergyCareer shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or incidental damages arising from your use of our platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
